Shipping Policy

All orders are processed on the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is made on a public holiday or over the weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next working day.

We always strive to guarantee delivery of your order; however, promotions and special offers may be subject to delays due to high demand.

Once your order has been verified, it will be processed within 1–6 working days and dispatched to the delivery address provided.

All products leave our premises 1–6 working days after the order is placed. We ship internationally, allowing us to offer a worldwide service.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Typically: 7–12 days, depending on product demand.
  • During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) or due to logistical issues, shipping may take 2–3 weeks.

If an order is not delivered within the estimated time, you may request a refund for lost or undelivered items.

All shipments are insured and include a tracking number to facilitate delivery.


Please Note

  • If an incorrect address is provided and you do not notify us immediately after placing the order (before the shipment is processed), and the package cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued. Any re-shipment will be at the customer’s expense.
  • If delivery is attempted and the customer cannot be contacted, a notice will be left. If the package is not collected within 15 days from the collection point, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the package will be considered lost, with no refund available.
  • Once the shipment has left our warehouse, it is not possible to change the delivery address, as parcels are handled by external carriers. The customer is responsible for any loss if the address is incorrect, the customer has moved, or similar issues arise.

Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia.

Jessica By Bee is not responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs fees that may be applied to your order. The customer is responsible for covering any charges required at customs; these are not refundable.
