By visiting our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website.
Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jessica By Bee. "You" refers to the person accessing our Website or purchasing our products.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to make a purchase through this Website.
2. Products
We sell women's clothing, including dresses and jumpsuits. We make every effort to display the colours, sizes and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate, and minor variations may occur.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices on the Website are shown in British Pounds (GBP, £) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the period indicated and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; a contract between you and us is formed only when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting. If you notice an error in your order or shipping address, contact us immediately at support@jessicabybee.com. Once an order has left our warehouse, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1–6 working days after verification. Standard international delivery takes approximately 7–12 days; during peak seasons or in case of logistical disruptions, delivery may take 2–3 weeks. All shipments include tracking.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels that remain uncollected for 15 days will be returned to us; in that case no refund of shipping costs will be issued.

6. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you additionally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order, during which you may cancel your purchase without giving any reason.
To start a return, contact us at support@jessicabybee.com. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return; your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, designs, graphics, logos, images and photographs — is the property of Jessica By Bee or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
